Hello everyone and welcome to another post! As you've probably seen on my Instagram and Youtube Channels, I had the opportunity to visit the Nobu hotel in Los Cabos a few weeks ago. I've wanted to visit this hotel for a while and now that I was finally able to go, it met my expectations and even went beyond them. Continue reading down below as you'll find the ultimate guide to this beautiful hotel.
About Nobu
Nobu is a lifestyle and luxury group that has hotels and restaurantes in five continents. The founders and owners of the group are: the famous Chef Nobu Matsuhisa, the actor Robert De Niro and the producer Meir Teper. The three of them have made this a unique project where quality, hospitality and an impecable service are key.
With hotels and restaurants in some of the most important cities in the world such as London, Chicago or Barcelona, it is an honor to have one of their hotels in one of the most important and beautiful beach cities of my country. Nobu Los Cabos is the first hotel of the group in Mexico and even though it just opened its doors by the end of 2019, it quickly gained recognition from some of the biggest luxury and tourism publications, such as Condé Nast Traveler, who gave the hotel the Reader's Choice Award in 2020.

Minimalism and Unique Design
The hotel's design is influenced by its Japanese roots, which make it a place of relaxation, peace and tranquility whether you are in your room, the pool or the lobby.
In conjunction with its minimalist design, the hotel has a very elegant style. All the furniture was created specifically for the hotel, making the decor unique and difficult to find elsewhere. What I loved the most about the hotel is that despite the minimalist open spaces, it still gives the feeling of being home.
Gastronomic Experiences
There is plenty of delicious food to eat throughout your stay. The hotel has four restaurants: Nobu, known for its Japanese cuisine, Pacific Restaurant, where you can find seafood and Mexican dishes, Ardea Steakhouse, for meat and oven pizzas; and Malibu Farm, for fresh and organic food.
All the restaurants have amazing food for every taste, but additionally the hotel counts with Playa Bar to eat and drink in the pool area, a café inside the lobby and in-room dining.
Finally, you can request for a private experience such as a private dinner for you and your group. I was able to take this experience while staying at the hotel and I have to say it was one of the best dinners I've had. The service is exclusive, personalized and the food's quality is impecable. To top it all off, our private dinner was on a deck overlooking the ocean, where we enjoyed a spectacular sunset.
The Spa
The hotel has an ample wellness center where you can go workout at the gym, take a yoga class or a meditation in their outdoor terrace or enjoy a relaxing day at the spa. The premises instantly transport you to a different world because the spa offers a full sensorial experience. Some of the services you can enjoy are facials, body treatments, massages, aromatherapy, hydrotherapy and more.
All treatments are in expert hands and the staff does a great job at guiding people around the premises so they can enjoy the sauna, jacuzzis and other amenities additional to their service.
Luxury Service
Finally, I didn't want to end this post without talking about the incredible service we had during our stay. From the moment we arrived, we received a seamless and personalized treatment.
Right from the start, the hotel assigned a Concierge fully dedicated to our group to help us with anything we might need during our stay. Our Concierge's name was Johny and on top of being very attentive and continuously checking in, he also solved every request quickly and efficiently. From organizing our private dinner, to helping us arrange the Covid tests needed for international flights.
Likewise, the service everywhere else in the hotel was impecable (at the restaurants, the pool area, the gate, and more). I definitely wanted to highlight this as it was one of the things that made our stay so enjoyable.
And with that I'll wrap up this blog post. I hope you enjoyed the hotel review and hope that you find it insightful. Thank you for visiting my blog and I hope to see you here again next week!
Love,
Mar
